Portal E-GOV is based on developed by CONCEPT Intemedia a system of website edition  by tools similar to MS Office. It enables content management without knowing a programming (html, php, javascript) and exchange of information with office applications (MS Office, Open Office, etc.) Thanks of used graphical editor the users get the full independence in making out the portal contents.
